- proposing new models based on outcomes, efficiency, and cost savings.
- creating conceptual and technology benchmarks to identify new platforms to support the business processes and drive internal implementations.
- project management for different global technology integrations and implementation initiatives.
- managing internal and external consultants and advisory partners focusing on business strategy.
- keep up to date business process documented.
- business case development
- support business to assure operative continuity through new projects or initiatives.

- provide project management services to coordinate and ensure successful execution of the initiatives
- implement and operate a project information system
- partnering with different internal business areas and it to ensure project execution.

- bachelor and master’s degree required
- (7+ years) managing projects portfolios with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams where business process and technology areas involved
- (7+ years) using methodology frameworks to achieve results in a disciplined way
- budget control and administration capabilities
- understand technology topics
- ability to coach and mentor team members
- effective communication
- negotiation and priorities management
- able to design and present (public speaking) stories, ideas, projects.
- agile methodology knowledge and experience
- pmp and agile certification desirable
