a customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims and government program interviews.
technical skills:
• high school graduate
• english level: 90% or above
requirements:
• demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
• advanced english – level c1 or higher.
• high speed internet access with a minimum of 10 mbs.
• access to a quiet workspace.
