*key responsibilities*:
- plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, staffing, promotional materials and attendees engagement.
- develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure, lead generation and community building.
- collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- research and identify relevant trade shows and industry events to participate in, considering audience demographics, competitor presence, and overall strategic fit.
- manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and track expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- build a plan and execute taxdome events for prospects and clients: lunch&learn, road show, community events etc.
- evaluate event performance, measure roi, and provide post-event analysis and reporting to optimize future events.
- stay updated on industry trends, competitor events, and best practices to bring innovative ideas and creativity to event planning.
Our expectations:
- proven track record (3+ years) of successful event marketing management, or related roles, preferably within the b2b saas or tech industry.
- strong project management skills.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
- flexibility to travel to trade shows and taxdome events as needed (estimated travel: 25% of all events per year).
- knowledge of tax and accounting industry trends and terminology is a plus.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
