the role: you would be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, and that cater to the specific needs of each country and level of seniority where the company operates. This may involve designing and delivering in-person or online training sessions, creating learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. This role will also be responsible for continuously evaluating the effectiveness of performance management processes and serving as a performance coe for the organization.
what we are looking for
1. experience
o minimum of 5 or 6 years of experience working on l&d, with at least 3 in a leadership development capacity.
o proven track record of facilitating behavioral changes at a large team level through multiple levers, including training, communication, and systems that engrain behaviors.
o experience building learning programs from inception to full-scale implementation.
o has proven experience leading performance management and succession planning processes.
o knowledge of operations: experience with supervising and designing effective training programs for operations is highly valuable.

o strong facilitator skills/experience facilitating leadership courses: must be able to deliver programs for first-time managers, middle management, and scale up to senior leaders.
o strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o extremely organized and strong at execution.
o a proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.
3. required language: spanish & advanced english
responsibilities
1. collaborate with subject matter experts (smes) to develop content that is relevant, engaging, and effective in helping employees acquire new skills and knowledge.
2. continually assess the training and development needs of the organization, and adjust training programs as necessary. This would involve analyzing performance data, identifying gaps in knowledge and skills, and designing targeted training programs to address those gaps.
3. keep abreast with the latest leadership and change development trends and methodologies with various training organizations, consultants, tertiary institutions, etc.
4. develop and enhance the performance management processes and tools (e.g., objective setting, performance evaluation and calibration, process, and results documentation, etc.).
5. create performance frameworks (e.g., balanced scorecards, key performance indicators, etc.) to align individual and team goals with organization objectives and business results.
6. provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
7. work in collaboration with hrbps in promoting employee engagement and satisfaction; building understanding & communication from employees, ensuring an open, responsive and harmonious working environment.
