provide administrative support to hr team in employee life cycle activities and provide on-location hr support to employees in topics like payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc, as well as support in the implementation of projects focused on employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.
*your responsibilities*:
- hr solutions: provide quality hr service to our employees, clarify doubts and provide resolution to issues related to payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc
- hr administration: responsible for administrative process such as employee files, badge, time and attendance, new hire induction, etc.
- hr processes: support in the documentation and implementation of hr process as per iso 9001 certification.
- hr projects: support in the implementation of projects focused in employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing.
*your background*:
- student bachelor's degree
- currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)
- type of experience: previous experience as intern desired or developing an academic project in the industry
- advanced english
- proficient skills including excel, word, power point, ohr and outlook
- proactive & results oriented profile
- effective interpersonal skills; proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- strong oral and written communication
