*responsibilities*:- uncover prospects' needs- identify and understand prospects' pain points.- recommend solutions based on their needs.
*pipeline management*:- create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your quota assignment.- achieve at least 100% of the assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.- maintain accurate salesforce records for pipeline delivery.
*sales execution*:- deliver tailored demos of the nextiva solution, showcasing how it delivers desired outcomes.- forecast accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.- close sales effectively, utilizing persuasive techniques.
*account management*:- maintain and increase existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.- build and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.
*customer interaction*:- manage customer interaction and track the sales process using salesforce crm.- provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
*key skills*:- 3+ years of inside sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.- proficiency in salesforce crm and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities.- strong verbal and written communication skills
