we're looking for a digital ads specialist who's eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our clients through smart and strategic advertising.
in this role, you'll help plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like google, youtube, meta (facebook/instagram), linkedin, and more.
this is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising who's ready to take the next step and join a collaborative, process-driven team.
key responsibilities: develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on google, meta, youtube, and linkedinconduct marketing research including audience targeting, competitor analysis, and pricing strategiesdefine, measure, and report on paid media kpismanage ad budgets for assigned clients and scale campaigns to maximize roimonitor traffic and conversions using google analytics, google ads manager, and tracking pixelscollaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for campaignsbrainstorm, test, and implement conversion strategiesdeliver excellent client service and communicate campaign resultsstay current on platform updates and industry best practicesrequirements1–3 years of experience running digital ad campaigns (agency experience preferred)hands-on experience with google ads, meta ads, and linkedin adsgoogle ads and meta ads certifications (or willingness to complete them with our support)strong analytical, communication, and project management skillsa proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detailnice to have (but not required): experience with tools like google tag manager or tracking pixelsfamiliarity with eos or similar business operating systemsexperience working with small to mid-sized business clients
