we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounts receivable clerk to join our finance team. This position will be remote based out of mexico.u00a0the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. * process and record incoming payments in quickbooks onlineu00a0
* generate and send specialty invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.u00a0
* monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients via email and gaviti our collections software.u00a0
* reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.u00a0
* investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.u00a0
* prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts.u00a0
* collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing issues.u00a0
* assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.u00a0
* ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations.u00a0
