*_what will you be doing as a service desk analyst?_*
- ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- performing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.
), and initial triage for client network environments
- using active directory administration
- analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
- mobile phone support

- experience supporting and administration of vpn clients
- excellent customer service skills with advanced english language
- windows 10 and office 365 troubleshooting
- basic understanding of sharepoint
- experience using ticketing software such as servicenow, cherwell, or remedy
- high school diploma, college graduates preferred

- *monday - friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm, hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote*:
- 15k - 17k pesos monthly
