this accelerated development program helps bridge the gap for recent college graduates joining the professional world via curriculum including soft skills training, one arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition.
about our on-ramp program participants are hired into full-time, benefits-eligible roles with approximately 50% of their time spent on program curriculum: soft skills training, one arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition.
at the conclusion of the program, participants will transition fully to their role.

your primary responsibilities will include: 50% of the time you will be in your role as buyer jr and 50% in the early career on-ramp program.fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog.expedites factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.send requests for corporate allocations for backlog.
