*discover impactful work*:*primary responsibilities*:- lead and handle a portfolio of it and business transformation projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.- create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and dependencies.- monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project achievements are reached.- cultivate strong relationships with internal business leaders, it teams, and end-users to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on technology solutions.- explore methods to improve processes and implement effective project management techniques.- coordinate organizational change activities, including team member engagement, training, and communication, to ensure smooth project implementation and adoption.- maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, incorporating them into project planning and execution.
*education and experience*:- bachelor's degree or equivalent.- validated experience in effectively leading and handling sophisticated it and/or organizational change initiatives- experience using planview or other project portfolio management (ppm) tools preferred.- relevant certifications such as pmp (project management professional) preferred.- familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the medical & clinical space.
