1. the sap basis administrator for the below responsibilities:
2. 2nd, 3rd level of sap support to resolve issues and execute activities
3. implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the sap technical environment.
4. apply corrective actions from kba and sap notes
5. system performance tuning
6. update/upgrade abap/java systems
7. plan a sp update/upgrades
8. have troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios
9. plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customer
10. support l2 members
11. attend and participate actively in technical meetings
12. provide knowledge transfer
13. certificate implementation
14. system refresh
15. system export
16. backup/restore knowledge
17. language installation
18. application installation/uninstallation
skills mandatory:
1. experience with multiple sap components as many as possible from the list:
2. desired vast experience with sap ecc, sap s/4hana, sap bw/4hana, slt, sap scm, apo/live cache, sap grc, sap srm, portal, btp, fiori launchpad, sap crm, hana db, sap bobj, cloud connector, sac agents, cpi-ds agent, dp agent, xsa, content server, experience in hana database administration
3. experience working with swpm, sum, maintenance planner, pam tools
4. desired experience working with linux environments
