for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + ccmp's) and the replenishment backlog.ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.ensure continuous needs/resources balance (mrp, etc.)
for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.measure the otd, ac2, bov, and other key kpis and be able to drive action plans.manage customer needs coming from the ccc's through the customer claim management process.coordinate queue management and/or production scheduling.manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).manage the backorder portfolio (bol), the shortage, and take actions to ensure the availability of products.daily actions regarding mrp messages (sap example: md07) and escalate when repeatable issues arise.support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments. Qualifications bachelor's in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations engineering.ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions based on findings.ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.ability to make independent decisions with little supervision.ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed for continual professional development necessary for success in this position.partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with relationships built outside.independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and/or processes.work within peer groups and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practices and opportunities are delivered.strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.fluent in english.experience with sap is a must (purchasing, production planning).proficient user of microsoft office.leadership skills.
