Requirements

2. 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
3. experience in the automotive industry.
4. ensure compliance with all global foreign trade regulations and free trade agreements.
5. represent bwi before the authorities as the customs legal representative in mexico.
6. perform routine and focused compliance audits as needed.
7. train and develop the mx customs team; maintain high performance and morale.
8. ctpat/oea oversight.
9. annual budget, rfqs as needed, and various fiduciary responsibilities.
10. produce standard metrics and reports.
11. broker management; develop and measure to kpis.
12. serve on the plant manager's staff and support all functional teams with customs.
