hours: breakfast (from 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.), lunch (11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and dinner (4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
duties/requirements:
the cook shall:
1. be responsible for the development of menus, food storage, and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
2. clean kitchen, all dishes and appliances after each meal and cause minimal disruption to the normal operation of the facility.
3. ensure high quality food operations with minimal disruptions.
4. control cost of food services.
5. provide effective internal controls and management oversight in support of effective organizational processes.
6. demonstrate an innovative approach to food operations.
7. achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
experience:
1. minimum of 3 years’ experience managing food services operations demonstrating experience in premium level food and service execution.
2. shall have sufficient english language skills to communicate with facility staff.
