the role
this position of operations analyst ii, in the field operations centralized operations, will be responsible for completing requests for clli code and frame code adds, deletes, or changes that are submitted by network implementation engineering.

- will receive, prioritize, and complete clli code and frame code requests submitted to the catt tool by ni engineering within the required service level agreement (sla).
- will receive, prioritize, and complete the clli job step in the core system within the required service level agreement (sla).
- respond to and take appropriate action on industry submitted clones alerts.
- partner with sr operations analyst on various projects, such as reporting content, metrics, automation opportunities.
- participates in testing to support projects and releases.
- may be required to document and/or train process steps and systems to other team members.
- follows guidelines, methodologies and/or precedents and applies judgement as necessary.
- perform work that includes various duties with standing instructions and processes.
- has direct accountability that is limited to immediate work area and individual assignments.
- work is accomplished without considerable supervision.
*qualifications*:
- typically requires a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- experience with tirks, clones, losdb and general understanding of network project workflow and design preferred.
- must be able to adapt quickly to change.
- must be able to work well within a team.
- must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
- must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
