*job description*:- as a transition coordinator you are responsible for coordinating processes migration to the mexico finance shared service center.- implement global standard process.- identify, facilitate, and implement process improvements.- preparing test scenarios with identified country specifics.- conducting required trainings for fssc and countries' finance teams.- coordinating process migration and knowledge hand over to fssc operations team.- acts as a point of contact between country, implementation team and fssc where required during migration and hyper care period.- drive operational excellence by providing guidance and support to the in-scope countries in delivering timely and accurate financial transactions for procure-to-pay including but not limited to:- vendor/supplier master data- accounts payable processing (po, non-pos, t&e)- payments- month-end close- vendor queries*qualifications*:- bachelor´s degree in accounting or finance- 5+ years of experience in p2p function- english advanced- oracle ebs knowledgeadditional information- we offer you a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment.- we offer a continuous learning and enrich your career.- superior benefits- hybrid workplace
