You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities, ultimately leading to a more agile and competitive organization.key responsibilities- assist in the implementation of the honeywell operating system (hos) within the organization- support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities- assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement- responsible of documentation and standardize processes- implementation of lean manufacturing methodology tools through kaizen events, such as: vsm (value stream map), 5s, visual management, standardized work, materials management system (kanban, pou, heijunka), smed and tpm.- ensure the standardization of processes throughout the site in accordance company standards.- deploy of activities to support the lean daily management and 5s system.- training to new hires on the lean systems and continuous improvement.you must have- 2+ years of experience in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives- strong knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies- experience in implementing continuous improvement ideas- excellent problem-solving skills- ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment- english level - intermediate (read and written)- lean manufacturing (value stream mapping, lean finance, kaizen execution, standard work, visual management, tpm, oee, smed, a3 problem solving, etc.)we value- associate's degree in a related field- experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment- strong analytical skills- passion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceabout honeywellhoneywell international inc. invents and commercializes technologies that address some of the world's most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, air travel, productivity, and global urbanization.
