*responsibilities*:- bring support to existing product lines.- drives continuous improvement on productivity, scrap reduction and operations improvement- lead the manufacturing teams to achieve improvements.- lead the product lines transfers.- conduct validation process (iq/oq/pq).- manage technical changes to existing products through ecr, eco, and deviation processes (variance).- improve existing fixtures and tooling.- work in conformance to established manufacturing processes and procedures.
