minimum requirements:
degree in purchasing, supply chain, or business.
1. >8 years of related experience working on the commercial side of the supply chain either as a purchaser or as a freight forwarder/carrier’ key account manager.
2. ideally completed by a background on the sc operational side (solution design engineer in a sc provider or supply chain flow engineer on a shipper’s side).
3. deep market knowledge of at least one of the commodities (road/sea/air/customs broker/warehouse & sils/packaging) with a track record of interacting directly with carriers, warehouse providers, freight forwarders, and/or brokers.

* be a trusted partner of internal stakeholders (plant, supply chain).
* deliver regional savings for each bg and the group, contribute to reduce supply chain costs, lead time, and improve the customer service level to plants and oem.
* lead implementation of group commodity strategy, validated & aligned with supply chain team.
* communicate and implement innovations and csr strategy.
* manage the supply base in win-win mode.
* accountable for all procurement-related data (price, payment terms, etc.) availability, clarity, accuracy in various systems (tempo, sap, tendereasy, etc., and even in excel) and the proper communication around it.
* harmonize processes across bg to increase efficiency.
