position description:as we continue to expand our market share, we are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing coordinator to join our team and elevate our brand to newer heights. As the marketing coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image, reaching new contractors, collaborating with channel partners and driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking and leadership skills in multiple aspects of marketing, content creation, and social media development.
our marketing coordinator will:
create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for various projects and events to implement new campaigns and programs (e.g. email campaigns, webinars, events, internal content) working across all dealer and prospect contractor facing communications.use adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc.) proficiently to create designs that align with each bp fasteners leadership team requirements.monitor, manage, and optimize campaigns and campaign assets to improve roi, using analytics suite to report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.liaise with u.s. Mexico and canadian functional teams for marketing initiatives.coordinate french, spanish translation process to digital and print formats.maintain quality control throughout the production process to ensure the final proof meet company standards and dealer expectations.execute and curate content and manage marketing strategies across platforms (meta, tiktok, google ads, microsoft ads, etc.).analyze social media performance metrics and build reports on key insights and recommendations for optimization.create engaging graphics, infographics, and visual content that align with bp fasteners social media strategies and campaigns.monitor social media channels for engagement, comments and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries or comments.stay updated on email marketing and online best practices, trends, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.integrating campaign activity with our crm to improve quality of information for our sales team.coordinate with sales and management to develop targeted email lists and segmentation strategies.implement a/b testing for ad creatives to optimize performance and enhance engagement.design and execute visually appealing e-blasts and email campaigns to promote company products and services.monitor email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.collaborate closely with sales to understand dealer needs and incorporate feedback into design and production processes.assist the sales team in creating marketing materials to support dealer pitches.respond to contractor inquiries and provide support with graphic materials and information needed for sales activities.assist bp fasteners valued dealers with marketing enquires follow-ups by phone and email.maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions with dealers to foster positive relationships and promote customer satisfaction.maintain bp fasteners branding integrity, ensuring consistency across all representatives and platforms and supporting the development of branded templates, merchandise and other collateral as needed.other projects and duties as assigned.job requirements:degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or fine arts from a recognized post-secondary institution.proficient with internet searches, ms office software including (word, excel, powerpoint).2 years experience using adobe creative suite skills, an asset.min. 2 years experience using figma/canva an asset.must have excellent oral and written english communication skills.familiarity with crm software (e.g., hubspot, zoho, salesforce).skilled in utilizing ai tools (e.g., chatgpt) to improve work efficiency.experience with e-commerce platforms is desired.proficiency in google ads and email marketing campaigns mailchimp or related.experience using photo & video editing software, such as adobe premier pro or final cut pro.strong research skills to analyze market trends, competition and customer behavior.web analytics proficiency for tracking campaign performance.advanced knowledge of social media platforms (instagram, youtube, facebook, linkedin, twitter tiktok, and others).must be detail oriented and well organized.this is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for digital and print marketing to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.
