*purpose*
this key commercial leadership position plays a pivotal role on cross-functional teams comprised of marketing, sales, finance, regulatory, clinical, prof ed, and supply chain among others.
he/she will also work closely with global marketing partners on new product launch preparation and providing mexican hcp insights to the global organization.
a key responsibility will be developing and launching a winning customer value proposition.
*duties & responsibilities*:
- support the marketing team in the completion of tasks associated with the mentor business goals and objectives for the portfolio of products.
- develop marketing plans, forecasts and financial models to support the overall mentor business in mexico as well as new product launch preparation and execution.
- assist with market research, preparation and presentation of annual business plan.
- drive product portfolio growth in product and procedure expansion
- grow our leadership position
- provide insights that drive product penetration by increasing patient awareness of breast reconstruction options.
- coordinate with cross-functional partners in sales, corporate accounts, medical affairs, planning, regulatory and quality to maximize effectiveness of all marketing plans and tactics.
- gain insights and develop relationships with key thought leaders in plastic surgery and professional societies within the plastic surgery specialty.
- it is expected that this individual will also work closely with latam and global colleagues to leverage assets and best practices for the local mexican market.
- the sales & marketing executive will also lead/participate on key business teams and attend related industry conferences.
- work closely with supporting sales team with the new practice program execution and marketing tools to help drive demand with the mentor portfolio.
*qualifications* qualifications*
- bachelor's degree.
- a minimum 5-year relevant business experience (eg, sales, marketing, business development, franchise development) is required.
- english advanced.
- ability to travel up to 25% of time, including some weekends, for business related conferences and events.
- medical device or healthcare industry knowledge in the mexican healthcare environment is preferred.
- minimum of 2 years healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
experience related to plastic surgery is preferred.
