the accounts payable administrator is responsible for tracking and managing incoming receipts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, addressing supplier inquiries, reconciling the ap accounts, and completing month-end activities, focusing on legal and corporate compliance.

4. attention to supplier inquiries, and internal customers.
5. attention and follow audit requirements.
6. ap gl accounts reconciliation.
7. month-end activities.
8. maintain a standardized process for optimal efficiency.
9. achievement of kpis by proper actions and follow-up.
qualifications
10. bachelor´s degree in accounting or administration or related.
11. good written and oral communication skills
12. at least one year of experience in accounts payable.
13. intermediate english is desirable.
14. excellent customer service skills.
15. functional knowledge of the ap accounting processes.
16. ability to meet strict deadlines.
