- reception, analysis and registry at annex 24 of entries at bls - reception, analysis and registry at annex 24 of in-bond entries at casas - validates documentation prior to registry at annex 24 - contacting and follow up with planner/buyers if info or documentation is needed for dispatch - contacting and follow up with planner/buyers if materials arrive with damages at bls/casas - contacting and follow up with customs compliance dept. personnel when in need of information for international dispatching - urgent import log control and follow up - coordinates, request and follow up of in-bond manipulations requests - requests and follow up physical reviews at casas and bls entries - registers remisions for local dispatches (v1’s) both import and export - registers all asia “in-transit” commodities at casas system prior to its arrival - reports nonregistered part numbers on annex 24 - elaborates all types of international dispatch invoices (in, in-ms, af, rt, rt-ms) - requests and follows up cove’s, doda’s, pedimentos to mexican broker - requests and follows up sed, in-bond to us broker - elaborates and follows up loading orders with bls and casas - requests and follows up of rma’s directly from us brokers (ups, fedex, dhl) - follow up on carrier pick up’s and log control for different internal accounts after dispatching (conway, fedex groudn, oak harbor, etc.) - requests and coordinates haz-mat imports and exports

- excellent written and verbal communication skills - effective interpersonal skills - effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required - effective organization and prioritization skills - demonstrate high attention to detail - ability to work with diverse groups - demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism. - ability to work with mínimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment. - understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools. - strong customer service and client focus - working knowledge of productivity tools, including microsoft office products and teams conferencing software - bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of import export, traffic, customs or trade compliance experience preferred - ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
