*how you will contribute to our magical experience?*
the assistant social media of espn méxico will maintain our prestige on social networks and will provide our fans with the best consumer experience in sports. This role will be responsible for creating posts (videos, images or text) on our social media channels, generating original and creative content and amplifying the best of our content as a brand in these social media platforms: tiktok, instagram, facebook and x. Whether in the office or on site coverage, the assistant social media will implement our strategy on each social network.
An assistant of social media can contribute by creating or curating relevant, high-quality content that aligns with the brand's goals, messaging, and audience interests, ensuring the business stays visible and relevant in the digital space.
By consistently creating engaging content and managing the brand's social presence, a social media assistant can help grow the business's online following and extend its reach to potential new customers.
*the assistant social media will be responsible for*:
- implement our social media strategies across the entire brand and propose new ideas.
- content management across multiple social media platforms including: tiktok, instagram, facebook and x.
- content creation of video, photos, memes and original content to increase the accounts and engaged the fans.
- publish organic content and sales content (paid campaigns).
- live posting of the most important sports events, sometimes the coverage will be on site.
- effective monitoring and content curation.
- identify insights and social media trends.
- collaborate with another teams, especially editorial, video and marketing.
*what we need from you to be part of this story*:
- bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalist or similar.
- at least 6 months of experience in social media networks.
- knowledge in sports: especially local and international soccer, nfl, boxing, nba, mlb and tennis.
- knowledge of social media networks: tiktok, instagram, facebook, x. Ideal experience in social media environment.
- ideal basic knowledge in photo and video editing software.
- impeccable spelling and writing skills.
- intermediate level of english is a requirement for the role.
- passionate on creating creative ideas and suggestions for social media.
- *this position will require to work during weekends. Working hours mostly in the afternoon.*
