*bachelor’s and masters degree in administration or equivalent experience required, a minimum of three years of progressive experience in payroll, recruitment and selection, training, imss, labor work; including three or more years of direct project management experience, professional recognition and industry networking are desired, a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences, able to lead and direct diverse teams, able to travel up to 20% of the time, 100% of english written and spoken, and a strong personal computer working capabilities in ms office suite, etc.*:
