Overview:
recruiting and selecting personnel through the correct detection of candidates' skills that match the profile according to the requested position, the policies established by the company, and the client's requirements.
responsibilities
recruitment:
1. responsible for meeting the required hc for each site, through the recruitment team if the organizational structure allows it or, if not, when there is no recruitment team, it will be through the personnel administration team.
2. carry out the recruitment, selection, and hiring process of operational and administrative personnel as outlined in the global talent attraction policy and the operational personnel hiring procedure.
3. responsible for suggesting, obtaining, and maintaining various recruitment sources to ensure compliance with the required hc.
4. stay in contact with the heads of the vacancy to follow up on the hiring request.
5. provide information to candidates who present themselves at the cr and provide the relevant information about the vacancies and the company.
6. communicate to the candidate during the recruitment process the vision/mission, values, policies, organizational structure, as well as useful supplementary sources of information about the company to integrate personnel into ww's philosophy.
7. monitor the recruitment process of operational staff through the icims system.
8. carry out internal postings using established formats and share them with the human resources management team for publication on internal communication boards.
hiring:
1. request the required legal hiring documentation from candidates and ensure 100% compliance, so it can be submitted to the human resources generalist for the preparation of the new hire personnel file to keep it updated and protected.
2. channel new employees according to the site assigned to the human resources personnel management team.
3. deliver and/or request uniforms for new hires, depending on the locality and the cr.
qualifications
education: bachelor's degree completed in business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or related field.
knowledge: recruitment and selection processes, interview techniques, recruitment sources, application of psychometric tests, induction processes, pc handling, microsoft office.
experience: two years in recruitment and selection processes, basic experience in induction processes, mass recruitment and recruitment 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0.
required language: english, basic - intermediate.
availability to travel: occasional national travel as required.
