Collect and analyze data for assigned project
- use lean tools to improve assigned project
- support the team on the development of lean tools
- work within the guidelines of applicable ge policies and procedures, engineering standards, design customer operating procedures, specifications, government and commercial standards, and special security requirements
- document technical data that is generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, systems and/or processes and that is consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders
- support the solution of problems of limited scope and complexity
- self-check of work
*qualification / requirements*
- student of computer systems engineering
- effective written and oral communication skills in english and spanish
- english skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in english.
- presentation skills: ability to communicate with senior leadership.
- demonstrated ability in managing own projects
- effective problem identification and solution skills
- proven analytical and organizational abilities
- proven programming skills
- experience with visual management tools is a plus
- accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset
- open team player and strong interpersonal skills
- full-time job: 40hours per week
