*the opportunity*what you'll do*- executive support: manage the cro's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across multiple time zones.- travel & expenses: arrange travel as needed, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.- event & offsite planning: support planning and logistics for sales kickoffs, qbrs, and other key meetings led by the office of the cro.- onsite event support: assist at key events, ensuring the cro's schedule runs smoothly and providing logístical support.- cross-functional coordination: work closely with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and optimize workflow.- occasional executive support: provide assistance to other executives as time permits and business needs require.- confidentiality & organization: handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
*what you'll bring*- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role.- experience working in high-growth saas, tech, or multinational environments is a plus.- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.- proficiency in microsoft office, google suite, and calendar management tools (e.g., outlook, zoom, slack, concur).- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.- ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.- experience supporting c-level executives is a strong advantage.
