- collaborate with other functional leads, sub leads to strategize and develop additional capabilities and create efficiencies within the team
- manage the team and performance related aspects of the team (not applicable to individuals working as an independent contributor) supervise the management of sharepoint and communication records, ensure creation of checklists and other process documents
