The order support representative performs revisions and requests art approvals.
the order support representative is also tasked with completing revisions by their ship dates as well as when ship dates are bumped up.key responsibilities:- completes revisions in queue.- meeting ship dates and bumped up ship dates.- follows up on requested art approvals.- additional duties as assigned.essential skills:- detailed oriented and proficient organizational skills.- ability to communicate verbally and in a written format in a professional manner.- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.- ability to think critically and problem solve for customer.- actively listen to customers in order to create manageable resolutions.- a strong understanding of crm/doclink/starship.required experience:- minimum of 1 year experience in order/data entry, order processing or customer service.- high school diploma or ged equivalent required.- must be able to read and write fluently en english.
