mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: coordinate that team performs the gl accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the north america and mexico region, and in accordance with company's policies and local and usgaap accounting frameworks; coordinate proper and timely reconciliation of accounting templates for the north america and mexico region.
coordinate proper reports and information requested by corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar; support on internal and external audit requirements.

detailed responsibilities:
- coordination on validation of journal entries.
- ensure proper coordination that the reports and information requested from the assigned americas countries are delivered according to the calendar.
- supervision of reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the balances of each month and ensure correct and timely follow-up is given to the items in reconciliation.
- coordinate proper preparation of accounting manuals and updated accordingly.
- support in specific tasks towards accounting systems such as oracle, & one stream on a daily, weekly, monthly and month-end basis
- coordinate proper preparation of reports and information requested by corporate and timely delivered in accordance with a calendar.
- able to effectively and timely communicate with different levels of the company,
- coordinate the support on requests from internal & external auditors.
- perform activities, processes, task and procedures within the company's policies and procedures and sox frameworks.
- coordinate and assist with other related tasks and deliverables on an as needed basis.
- understanding and adhering to policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.
