job summary:
participation on the training program for all the staff to reinforce all lean manufacturing matters, the internal lean daily management system and introduction to new associates. Keep a continuous improvement culture always fresh and continue innovating systems to grow the company. As part of all leaders from this company, there is always involvement on activities around the iso 9001, iatf, iso 14001, great place to work certification process to ensure compliance. Coordination, planning, and coaching efforts to support the models for the lean daily management and 5s system. The performance of the lean system and 5s system are periodically presented to the staff. Reports directly to the lean coordinator, and will work from our offices in nogales, sonora.
responsibilities:
1. assume responsibility and accountability regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system and the environmental system, supporting all activities to implement and maintain both systems (iso 9001:2015, iatf and iso 14001:2015).
2. responsibility for the effectiveness and efficiency of the qms and ems, as well as supporting other relevant management roles, to demonstrate leadership in how it applies to their areas of responsibility.
3. compliance and accountability regarding corporate responsibility policies such as corruption prevention, code of conduct and ethical escalation.
4. demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus, ensuring compliance with established requirements, and ensuring focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
5. promote the use of the risk-based approach to processes and thinking, as well as the commitment to promoting continuous improvement.
required skills and experience:
1. ease of speech, teamwork, personnel management.
2. familiarity with lean tools (5s, vsm, mps, smed, six sigma, problem solving).
3. teaching in expository and demonstrative mode (practice).
4. management of computer equipment, excel intermediate level.
5. skilled at managing your time and efficiently organizing activities.
