this is a critical position that will lead deliver organization in latin america north hub including (mexico, colombia and cca).
in this position, you will regularly engage with and make presentations to senior management.

your main responsibilities will be:

resolving staff needs, establishing organizational goals and objectives, policies, procedures,

quality & compliance aligned with deliver and business strategy;

define, track and implement projects to improve customer experience and cost saving initiatives without disruption in service level;

prepare expense budget and develops cost controls to ensure budget parameters are not exceeded.
5.provides leadership and development of subordinates through feedback, counseling, training and workplace opportunities;

communicates and carries out business objectives, policies and procedures to the team;

analyzes and approves all purchase orders and service agreements within authorized limits;
