- perform a variety of general administrative support services for one or more departments.
- organize and maintain company and departmental filing and database systems, both manually and electronically.
- may make appointments and maintain appointment schedules for management staff.
- may be responsible for statistical or accounting responsibilities including accounts payable, data entry and data tracking along with intermediate level tasks as needed as well as project tracking related activities.
- prepare reports, manuals, schedules, and other significant documents in support of management staff.
- coordinate general clerical and administrative support activities. Arrange meetings and other administration related functions.
- takes minutes and maintains records of meetings as requested.
- may make travel arrangements for management staff as needed.
- coordinate new employee workstation set up.
- perform other related duties as assigned.
*what we look for?*:
- business, finance, and economics related background (bachelor’s level preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in business finance administration related field
- proficient or knowledge of ms word, excel, outlook, google drive, one drive.
- fluent english, good verbal and written communication skills.
- knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- analytical abilities related to organization of data, reports, and statistics using appropriate computer programs.
- ability to work independently with little or no direction.
- demonstrated ability to work as a team member and utilize good communications skills.
- demonstrated ability with ms office at a proficient level, including the development of charts, graphs, and presentations.
- demonstrated ability to work with numbers, statistics, and other technical data.
- ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks concurrently.
