statement:
the analyst will contribute to the transactional sourcing team's objectives with the administrative process and support the automation in the department, this role will be responsible for processing indirect purchase orders from the americas region and sending them to the supplier.
detailed responsibilities:
1.
responsible for the creation of indirect purchase orders for the americas region.
2.
validation of supporting documentation of approved requisitions in accordance with global procurement policy.
3.
ensure the ethics and compliance of the procurement department through audits and risk mitigation
4.
maintenance of purchase orders in the system.
