*key responsabilities*
- conduct extensive searches through job sites, job postings, internal database and search engines, networking etc.
- ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
- well versed in hr practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting.
- evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, fit within the company.
*minimum requirements*
- bachelor’s degree or associates degree.
- 10+ years in end-to-end recruitment with 3-5 years in bpo/ call center hiring background.
- involvement in nation-wide recruiting.
- team spirit with a sense of ownership and "get things done" attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
- great communication skills.
- client and stakeholder management skills.
- need to work from monterey office - onsite
