the business support analyst participates actively in commercial planning efforts by providing unbiased, objective, in-depth information about current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors. Additionally, this position identifies critical business issues and opportunities for growth, collaborates with renal & hp teams, and works to embed an external market point-of-view into baxter's strategic direction!
*what will *you* be doing?*
- collect and organize a wealth of data about individual and group consumer profiles.
- get feedback from our clients to create actions and activities advised to give them more satisfaction with our services and products
- control all the opportunities that the specialists and kaes team register, giving them the necessary regulation.
- relate with our kaes and generate critical metrics opportunities.
- cultivate a strong and appealing brand image.
- provide data collected by our crm system and use it as part of employee reviews and employee incentive programs.
- increase customer engagement via social networking.
- support in market evaluation to support launch activities for new products.
- provide recommendations on marketing strategies and tactic effectiveness.
- communicate financial key indicators throughout the organization.
- partner with sales/marketing, business development, medical, regulatory, finance, manufacturing, and others.
- support strategic decision-making across functional areas to help improve renal commercial success.
- build relationships with the marketing team by establishing a strategic thought partner who provides a commercial objective point of view understanding and analyzing commercial and market information to support strategic decision-making.
- detect changes in sales, income, expenses, and other important data of the company or organization.
- transform data into reports and conclusions that serve to make the best decisions for the company in different areas; financial, strategic, operational, etc.
- advise management in decision-making!
- identify changes in consumers' behaviors or preferences about the company for which they work and the competition.
- detect new market opportunities and business lines based on extracted data
*what you'll bring*:
- bachelors degree (lae / marketing)
- mba or other related graduate-level degree is desired
- 5 or more years experience in business development, or other analytical work in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
- experience developing and using excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis.
