Responsibilities
- collaborate closely with 6 to 10 teammates and engage with third-party vendors for the development of the salesforce platform in the telecommunications domain
- attend regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project requirements and progress
- utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate ideas and work towards shared goals
- manage multiple tasks and react well to change in a fast-paced environment
- conduct tech research, analyze findings, and propose optimized solutions
- develop new functionalities and improvements from scratch based on input from analysts and product owners
- provide support, make enhancements, and optimize and refactor existing features in the maintenance phase
*requirements*:
- 3+ years of strong proficiency in salesforce platform with expertise in data modeling for complex business requirements
- experience in handling large volumes of data and implementing complex business logic
- knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
- excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a medium-sized team and engage with third-party vendors
- ability to work under tight deadlines, handle routine tasks with patience and diligence, and react well to change
