*responsabilidades*:
- realizar el análisis de las reclamaciones de mobile para determinar el apego a términos y condiciones
- cumplimiento de procesos y políticas establecidas,
- controlar el cumplimiento níveles de servicio
- seguimiento e2e del servicio al cliente por todas las áreas involucradas
- generar los indicadores de servicio
- diseñar estrategias de control y mejora continua del servicio al cliente.
- analizar indicadores de severidad, frecuencia, níveles de servicio.
- participar en la definición, pruebas e implementación de nuevos sistemas y actualizaciones para la operación de seguros.
*requisitos*:
- universitario titulado (lic.
administración de empresas, ingeniería en sistemas, electrónica o afin)
- experiência mínima de 1 a 3 años en posiciones relacionadas a manejo de reclamos/reemplazos de telefonia celular
- se valora experiência en marca y/o centro de servicio y/o dictamen de seguros de celualr
- al menos 1 año de experiência en trato al cliente.
