while leading this organizational transformation you will need to ensure:
- articulate a clear and compelling vision for operational excellence that directly benefits our clients and agencies within groupm nexus latin america.
- streamline access to the nexus value proposal for agencies and markets, empowering them to effectively communicate our value proposition to their clients and partners.
- integrate resources into their respective nexus areas efficiently, fostering a seamless and client-centric experience across all touchpoints.
- identify and appoint operations leaders for the different clusters and client teams as required.
- proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and investment that directly enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- maintain or elevate vantage service scores during the transformation phase, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
- exceed financial goals while prioritizing client and agency satisfaction and actively seeking feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
- engage actively in local and regional operations committees to gain insights into client needs and preferences, ultimately maximizing the impact of the nexus value proposal.
- ensure seamless integration and presentation of the nexus value proposal with a client-centric approach in all client interactions, pitches, and engagements, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to their success.

- lead the operational strategy for groupm nexus latin america, driving efficiency, and effectiveness across all functions.
- coordinate activation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns, prioritizing a client-centric approach.
- foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all departments and teams, promoting a one nexus approach.
- utilize agile methodologies knowledge to optimize operational processes and adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
- collaborate with market and investment teams to identify initiatives that achieve company net sales and profitability goals.
- provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, setting clear goals and expectations, and driving accountability.
- partner closely with the solutions lead and data and tech to deliver growth and innovation for groupm nexus latin america.
- ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and implement risk management strategies as needed.
- continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends, adjusting the operational strategy accordingly.
- actively contribute to the groupm nexus slt strategy and key initiatives, driving operational excellence and supporting company-wide goals.

- strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

- experience working within other holding companies or agency environments is preferred.
- background in media planning or related disciplines is advantageous.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- fluency in english and spanish; proficiency in portuguese is a plus.
- flexibility to travel within latin america as needed.
- a proven track record in leading organizational change and successfully navigating changing business requirements whilst implementing change.
