2. financial oversight: oversee people costs and discretionary expenses, managing budgeting, forecasting, monthly monitoring, and variance analysis. Supervise brand-building execution and trade investment management processes, including budgets, forecasts, ions management, and month-end close for kellanova north america/latin america.
3. risk mitigation: implement proactive strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure financial targets are consistently achieved.
4. incentive administration: manage annual performance incentives and long-term incentive plans, working closely with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. process improvement: drive efficiency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, leveraging technical skills to automate workflows and standardize best practices within the kellanova system.
