responsibilities:
- collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into functional it specifications.
- execute content management for the ecommerce platform, ensuring product data, descriptions, and multimedia are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- regularly audit the website to ensure content, layout, and accessibility standards are met, improving user experience.
- facilitate platform enhancements, including testing and user acceptance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- keep all stakeholders informed of project updates, timelines, and any risks or challenges that may arise.
required qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in a technical field (information systems, computer science, engineering, or similar field) or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- advanced english skills
- technical experience (oracle cx preferred, html/css), business analysis and project management (pmp or scrum certs are a plus), content management
- excellent communication and relationship skills.
- ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- proficiency in html/css.
preferred qualifications:
- demonstrated ability to review, consolidate and communicate with all levels within is/it and the user community.
- experience working with platform integrations including crm, erp, pim, dam, etc.
- project management skills.
pmp or scrum certification welcome.
- strong data analytical skills.

- problem solving & delivering results.
- ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations.
