Duties & responsibilities:

* ensure 100% customer service level
* ensures that waltermart standards are implemented
* safety and sanitation of the category
* ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (fefo)
* bad order management
* timely and accurate execution of all promotions
* ensures that shelf tags are updated
* ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
* supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category

qualifications and experience:
* bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, sales / marketing / administration. At least 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
