The main activities for this position are:
- receive and screen incoming telephone calls (maintenance, homeowner request, general questions) and solve the issue or escalate when needed.
- keep community profiles updated.
- time on the phone: 60% or 70% of the time will be phone contact.

m-f 10:00 to 19:00 cst
