*about the role*
as *brand manager *for *central and south america *at* hill's pet nutrition* you will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans across all operations to achieve the financial and marketing objectives of the country under the role responsibility! Lead sub-brands strategies including innovation grid, brand activations, promotional events, media and 6p strategies, taking into consideration the business dynamics and opportunities!
*what you will do*
- develop, align and implement brand marketing plans for the country
- set key metrics to track (6p's) and the actions plans to close the opportunities
- collaborate with cdo/sales analytics in tracking these metrics
- work closely with the agency and define powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline
- build & produce promotions and promotional materials, and handover to sales operations for final field execution
- present gtm activation plans and commercial components of new products
- develop strong business and functional understanding of both: the maintenance & the therapeutic brands, understanding condition segments (eg weight), our products and the competitive set, and develop plans to address issues/opportunities
- conduct meetings and conference calls with key customers; review current products, upcoming launches and plans, etc.
- support annual budget planning process
- ongoing monitoring and analysis on brand sales, volume, market share, promotional activities, competitive insights
- lead and develop the local marketing team
*what you need (required qualifications)*
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or related
- 6 to 8 years of shown experience in marketing
- between 1 to 2 years as brand manager or similar seniority positions
- advanced english level
- strong cross functional collaboration and influence ability
- advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- experience managing teams & direct reports
