Now, we are looking for a t&d administration coordinator to join our team. This role will support finance and procurement activities for the t&d coe related to contracts, statement of work (sows), and purchase order (po) management. The location of the role is guadalajara, mexico.
accountabilities:
as a t&d administrative specialist, you will provide administrative support to the global head of t&d operations and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks. You will assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for t&d meetings. You will also coordinate logistics for workshops and events, assist in the coordination of team meetings, workshops and events, and serve as point of contact for the t&d coe team in the creation, approval, and management of statements of work (sows) and purchase orders (pos).
essential skills/experience:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a training and development or hr environment
- possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- proficient in the use of microsoft office software – must be able to confidently use word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook
- detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
desirable skills/experience:
- ability to work optimally in a team environment and collaborate with diverse collaborators
- experience with procurement systems coupa
