being part of the fleet team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. You will be constantly seeking excellent partnership solutions to truly connect, influence, and build our strong supply base, and importantly solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. role responsibilities
* building strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure operations run smoothly. You'll have constant interactions with teams like procurement, marketing, legal, ga, finance, and compliance.
* creating campaigns in driver acquisition and driver engagement.
* expanding and optimizing offline operations from mexico to other countries across spanish-speaking latam.
* effectively managing electric vehicle communication campaigns and partnerships.
* driving operational excellence by pushing for lean and streamlined processes, performance tracking, and organizational structure of operations.
* closely monitoring operations performance to deliver results and strategy presentations and reports to internal stakeholders.
* identifying and implementing new growth strategies through constant on-the-field presence.
* maintaining highly efficient communication and strong relationships with internal and external customers, as well as potential project partners.
role qualifications
* previous experience and excellence in user acquisition, sales, managing on-the-field operations.
* desired in electric vehicle and/or automotive industry.
* relentless drive for sales, deliverable management, face-to-face client interactions.
* resilient: proven to be self-motivated, highly driven, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
* problem solver, with unique strength towards identifying bottlenecks and coming up with creative solutions.
* strong spreadsheet skills (excel / google sheets) are a must. (other database (sql) and data-visualization skills desired.)
* bachelor's degree in commercial related fields.
* effective communication skills. Proficiency in english & spanish. We're an international team!
