Job summary
this position provides support & program management and is a primary contact for nrbs & internal and external clients. Leveraging strong administrative management skills and analysis result in throughtful recommendations, this role is responsible for administrating requirements of our clients, through the development, management, execution, and monitoring of nrbs program, projects, trackers and initiatives related to nrbs.
This role reports to de admon. Manager with extensive collaboration with the hrbps, internal functions, cross functional and potentially cross affiliate teams to ensure delivery of the business
*responsibilities*:
- responsible for developing, management, execution and monitoring of requirements, from our clients to nrbs
- manages intercompany billing process
- tracks and resolves client’s needs and issues
- standardization, governance and review of data and nrbs processes
- supports continuous improvement efforts by making recommendations for relevant nrbs processes, tools and methodologies and executing key process improvement activities
- works with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (hrbps, functional leaders, etc) on implementation of nrbs opportunities
- supports nrbs activities within assigned are and works closely with teammates to support areas and ensure alignment
- as directed, performs other related duties of which the above are representative

- three to five years of directly related professional level experience (finance, economics, business strategy, human resources, organizational effectiveness, cross-functional and cross-regional experience is desired
- bachelor´s degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related fields
- advanced knowledge of microsoft office, especially excel and power point
