master degree a plus.- extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.- excellent communication skills are required in communicating effectively with all levels of participants and employees.- excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills necessary.- experience managing groups and headcount of more than 300 peoplerole description:- monitoring of internal communication programs and integration events*design and implementation of programs such as employee branding, on boarding, great place to work, career plan, change *managemet, talent management, increase in soft skills, etc.- application of batteries to evaluate organizational culture and climate, as well as development of large-scale programs to monitor results.- monitoring and management of training plans and links with institutions interested in linking with the laboratory.- measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.- advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.- documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
